These Terms & Conditions explain how Reading CRM Intelligence provides business research and database intelligence services. By using our services you agree to these terms.
Every project begins with an agreed quotation, scope of work, deliverables and expected timescale. No work commences without client approval.
Research is conducted using publicly available business information and reputable commercial sources. We do not obtain private or confidential information.
You confirm that you have the right to provide any CRM or customer data supplied to us and that it is provided for legitimate business purposes.
Projects are quoted in advance. Payment terms are agreed before work begins. Deliverables are released in accordance with the agreed quotation.
Customer databases are treated as confidential and used only for the agreed project, protected using appropriate security measures throughout. Unless an ongoing maintenance agreement is in place, working files and supplied databases are securely deleted after completion and client acceptance. Business information may change after research has been completed. While every effort is made to provide accurate intelligence, future organisational changes are outside our control.
We do not sell contact lists. We improve the value of the customer data you already own. We provide the intelligence; your team builds the relationships.
